   A program manager is assigned to coordinate all necessary departments. Wherever possible, Secure uses established technological "building blocks" to streamline development and reduce life cycle costs. After design reviews, working prototypes are made.

   Qualification testing is performed in accordance with applicable standards such as MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 901, or other unique requirements requested by customers.
